This guy wasn't convicted of anything but was killed anyway. That's the kind of logic we get from the gun culture. I presume people are on the "no-fly list" for a reason.

Yes, people are on government lists for a variety of reasons, some are on lists they shouldn't be on also for a variety of reasons. Now if you look at the no-fly list itself (not who's on it) technically it's a violation of due process, yes some of you (leftists) would argue it doesn't apply because most are not citizens while at the same time arguing that non-citizens in this country are covered by the Bill of Rights........
Yes there's a process to be removed from the list....... Got ten years and thousands of dollars to waste?

So you have no problem hanging out with, or living next door to gun owners on the No Fly list?

Until they are convicted of felonies or are adjudicated as mentally unfit to own firearms, they are still entitled to the Due Process of Law.
