I totally agree. Someone with a 700 credit score is obviously a better employee than someone with a 565. Also, we should check bank accounts. The more money you have, the better employee you are. Overweight people ARE discriminated against, albeit subtly. Perhaps one of the reasons is this study (gleaned from a fascinating list of other statistics to browse):
