This is great news. We need to replace bad Democrats in our primaries so we can run real Democrats who will not caucus with the GOP. That's a big deal here in Arkansas. Blanche Lincoln, of course, sealed her fate a few months ago like so many Democrats by voting for the healthcare bill. Knowing this, the Democrats have a backup plan with Bill Halter which I suppose is a good idea on their part since Obamacare has made her unelectable. However, I doubt even he will have a chance against the Republican rival come November, especially since Bill Halter leans to the Left of Blanche Lincoln. For a State that typically votes for Congressmen in the Democratic Party, this should be an interesting election to watch.
