"If you're trying to shit me you can forget it!! I'm 78 years old and I remember times when there were no unions. If someone was injured on the job they were fired. If a straw boss didn't like you...history. People worked all day for $0.75 and their lunch. The railroads rented converted railway box cars into apartments and rented them back to the employees....that way if they gave a raise they could adjust the rent to get it back. As we speak there are remnants of those old houses all across this nation...usually with unmarked graves close by. Your god damned party has always hated social security and other assistance because it ensured some degree of respect and dignity for those in our society who were the least of the least.......usually not of their own doing."

The FACTS which OP is attempting to hide:

I think the OP would rather forget that it's the Congress that incurs spending and borrowing. Democrat congresses have outspent Republican congresses 90.3 to 9.7, respectively.

If we want to repay the debt, our chances are 90% better if Republicans outnumber Democrats in Congress. They're just by and large more responsible fiscally for delivering a more balanced fiscal picture.

Obama's spending has taken America out of the top 10 best economies. He and the Democrat spenders have now placed us at #12, as of yesterday's news.

I hope the Republicans come back with wins across the board in today's election. That will cork spending if it happens.

America needs to cork spending.
