Bible revisited

That's why the Lord sends His Spirit. So He can teach us even if we have texts that aren't perfected.

Who would have thought, mistakes and mistranslations
how many will they ignore or hide as in the past ????
is any of it the true word of g-d

I am sure the creator of heaven and earth and all that is in it, would not go through the trouble of making his words availble to man to only let man change his words.

I dont think He needs a perfect book to bring people to Him and teach them.

It's time that people stop deifying the Bible and start recognizing it for what it is. A tool to help us come closer to God so that He can teach us personally.

Two problems, scholars are men. Man has been trying for centuries to disprove God. Second, msnbc is a reputable source? Don't think so.

But it's an Associated Press story.

No difference.

Don't want us to find out about this, eh? Post-dating prophecies?!?!

From the article:

An ancient version of one book has an extra phrase. Another appears to have been revised to retroactively to insert a prophecy after the events happened.
