He then allegedly shattered a back-seat window and took a swing at her 4-year-old son, who was sitting next to another boy the same age.

"We are going back to the police and asking them to add what this person said during the attack," he said.
On Sunday, four teens at a Staten Island school were busted for allegedly terrorizing a 16-year-old boy because he's a Muslim.

Muslim advocate Hesham El-Meligy said Mohamed was "still under the shock of it" when she talked to police.
"We are going back to the police and asking them to add what this person said during the attack," he said.
On Sunday, four teens at a Staten Island school were busted for allegedly terrorizing a 16-year-old boy because he's a Muslim.
Bear in mind, Kirkland was charged and arraigned before the cops knew this was a bias crime. If the facts alleged are proven, all that could happen now is a sentence enhancement for a hate crime....and unless he's facing a felony, I'm not sure that would be available.
