I started a discussion on religion that quickly became political.

Do you think oppressive biases in the world (whether gender or class, race or religion) are caused more
by INTERNAL or EXTERNAL causes?
by SPIRITUAL motivations or SOCIAL conditioning?

BOTH, or one preceded the other?
One is more the cause and the other the effect? Are they BOTH equally responsible?

1. What bias do you blame the most ?
2. How do you explain it in terms of spiritual/social causes or
internal/external (in other words: it comes from individuals first then reflects in society, or it comes from society first and then affects individuals)
3. Do you notice if people's culture (race or religion) affects if they are influenced more by EXTERNAL or INTERNAL conditions? SPIRITUAL/INNATE or SOCIAL/ENVIRONMENT causes?
