You can't because here in America you have the right to be stupid. The parent is responsible for what their child did and will be held responsible.

And our guns have convinced our police that if they look the other way when 1400 of our female children are turned into sex slaves we will not sit back and say "oh well". You may accept being sheep, we will never.

It is ridiculous to suggest that the American nation is responsible for the tragic happenings of children by accident shooting another child.

These tragic happenings the blame is with irresponsible individual adults who should always and at ALL times take measures that ANY firearm, but especially handguns are locked and cannot be discharged by a child.

There are many products that can make a handgun safe from childrens hands.
