Beto: We Only Have 10 Years Left To Act On Climate Change

AOC gave us 12.

Do I hear 8 coming from the next moonbat?

If you've been paying attention, there's a very good chance you've heard "zero". Mainstream science has been warming us for years that we were not acting dramatically enough or soon enough. It is not the least bit unreasonable to suggest we have a small number of years in which to act to overcome this threat.

The concept of "soon enough" is fuzzy. This problem will always be soluble, it is just how bad it will get and how long it will last. If we stopped all CO2 emissions right now we would stiff suffer for over a century. If we do what is likely: increase for another couple of decades and then begin a slow drawdown, we will suffer enormously and the problem will last for centuries. If we did what YOU would like us to do, the human species may not survive and the problem would be with us for millennia.

Nah.....you are waaaaaaaaaaaaay off s0n!

If the US ceased to exist tomorrow, by 2100 we'd drop global temps by 0.1 degree's. That might look real impressive to you, but might be impressive to about 176 other people.

:gtssmiley2::gtssmiley2:

The climate crusaders never factor China, India or the African nations into the green equation which is ghey. It means anything the US does would be the most retarded of any public policy ever implemented......might as well take trillions out on the mall in DC and hit it with a flame thrower!

Crick man.....this forum would suck without you!:bye1:

This is a god damn socialist-globalist power grab scam... Its a lie as the science tell us the earth isn't going anywhere and it has survived over 7000ppm levels of CO2 and an average 2750ppm during the earths life span. Our measly 400ppm isn't going to cause shit.

It doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. A polar shift catastrophe is in the works, so we will all be dead soon anyway. Stop worrying. Live life to the fullest, while you still can.
