So when is it?

Pay down debt when business is doing well?

or

Pay down debt when business is struggling?

Unless we agree when the best time for paying out debt is, there can't really be a discussion.

Lets take the 1 trillion dollars spent on welfare and put it towards the debt in 21 years there would be no more debt. There also wouldn't be any poor left because the poor would finally have to get off their liberal asses and work...I was poor once, but got off my liberal VICTIMHOOD mentality and made something of myself, using my white privilege all the way to the bank, even though affirmative action was constantly in my way.

War on poverty cost
The War on Poverty has cost $22 trillion -- three times more than what the government has spent on all wars in American history. Federal and state governments spend $1 trillion in taxpayer dollars on America's 80 means-tested welfare programs annually.

Only lousy management does that. Why not ask for an audit on the effectiveness of any given public policy after two years.

One of the many, many problems with the white wingers is continued lack of understanding.

Poverty isn't something you are only born into and can never escape because you are lazy.

Many people escape poverty. Many people fall into it for a variety of reasons. Some become addicts. Some become ill. Some just have plain ol' bad luck. Many are Republicans and follow an ideology of ignorance and hate.

It's something because of circumstance that will never end.

Are you talking about the poor in Appalachia?

Every time someone mentions the poor in this country...you immediately bring up "Appalachia"...like that's the only poor area in the US! The shallowness of your arguments are what have made you the board joke for years, R-Derp! You have no intellectual depth because your idea of learning is trolling left wing internet sites!

How after 8 years of the Socialist 1/2 white community agitator, who was going to Fundamentally Transform America and redistribute the wealth, could there still be even 1 poor person? I ask that all the time, yet not one mother fucking asshole liberal(is my rhetoric to harsh?) can answer that question.. Socialism is the end all, isn't it?

Liberals are more than welcome to send their tax cuts back to the IRS.

Don't want you stealing money from your welfare voting base.

If they send their money back to pay down the debt, that will make President Trump look good. if they spend the money it will make President Trump's economy look good and also pay down the debt. President Trump is a genius and is always 10 steps ahead of the liberals...Win, win....

I am talking about the poor everywhere in the United States. I used to be poor but instead of being a VICTIM of liberalism, I used my God given talents and made something of myself. I wasn't the smartest person graduating out of high school, never finished college, but with my PhD in the school of life(and hard knocks) I "earned" my wealth and have shared the knowledge on how to amass it, with others that were less fortunate than me. Now they are amassing great wealth, and will never vote for the Victimhood that the Democrats thrive on...
You are the epitome of liberal Victimhood. Get out of your parents basement, stop smoking that dope, get a fucking job, be responsible for yourself and family, don't worry about anyone else, they need to stop living on a crutch that you libtards always provide.

This guy is a perfect candidate for welfare, but instead of being a VICTIM, he moved on with his life and became a genius.

If YOUR business is good pay it down. When YOUR businesses is bad then go alittle slower, just pay the debt.

Of course pay down debts when times good. Bush - Obama - Trump are all deficit spending locusts and the day of reckoning will come. Watch the bloomberg headlines, early indications are appearing.

WHY Red or Blue deficit spending is a political issue is beyond me. These devils are stealing from our children but we defend deficit spending when it's 'our team'.

Capitalism has a Natural Rate of (poverty inducing) Unemployment under our form of Capitalism.

Tax cuts can never solve for simple poverty in our republic. A fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage will do more, sooner and let the poor, also participate in market based decisions.
