I want to see boyhood if that is the movie where they had the same cast for like 11 years of filming so viewers could literally see the characters mature.
 
Nothing to do with Boyhood. Saw it - simply the story of family's routine. Leviathan is much more interesting! Won the prize on the Golden Globe ceremony.

Yeah. You see people aging in realtime, so to speak.

Boyhood is the only movie of its kind.

Although, Linklater's "Before _________" series is close, actually...the Hawke and Delpy characters over 18 years.
