Best army mos/degree

Just looking for input on the best mos to transfer to the civilian sector. I guess 68a “bio med equipment technician” is in great demand but if I did 17c “cyber operations” I would get a security clearance which I heard goes far in the civilian world because employers pay a lot for you get one. Also would you double up with the degree to back up your work experience or would that be putting your eggs in one basket? It’s going to be healthcare or technology. Should I double up with the degree or broaden myself?

Servicing medical equipment can make one a living in the US.

I have a friend that does that, House, kids, wife, living the dream! Plenty money!
