Good for him, that's money his commie opponents won't get.

Who cares what he raised?

Look how he and Trump did in 2016 with among the smallest budgets out there. And look how the ones with the BIG budgets did...they ALL did lousy.

Big, campaign budgets are for dinosaurs. Only idiots care about/get fooled by campaign commercials. The days of 'the little girl sitting in the field while the H-bomb goes off' commercials making a big difference are ancient history (that is before my time - but I read about it).

And more and more young people don't even watch TV much any more...and that trend will just continue as more and more people 'cut the cable'.

Trump and Sanders proved in 2016 that it is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT how much money you have behind you to be POTUS now. TOTALLY.

He cant win the primary. Not in the democrat party. He is not even the extreme socialist anymore - there are several out there that are more left than he is (amazing as that even is). He is lacking the cross sectional requirements to take the primaries.

This tells me that we have way too many foolish, idiot commies.

We will NEVER have socialism, pinkos. Give it up. You're not going to live the slacker's dream. Come back to reality.

.

Take out the 'commie' and 'pinko' insults and I agree with you here (communism is not the same as socialism - surely you know that).

And what I cannot understand is how can Sanders on the one hand claims that the American government is SO corrupt (which it is). Yet his solution is to make government MASSIVELY larger.
Sure, taking corporate donations out would help a bit, but all that means is the corruption will be 'back loaded' - i.e. corporations will just promise politicians lots of money/board of director posts once they leave office...which is almost impossible to stop.

The solution to government corruption is NOT to make government GIGANTICALLY larger...that should fall under the 'well duh' category.
The solution is to make government FAR smaller. Again, 'well duh', IMO.

I do not dislike Bernie Sanders, overall - but he is woefully misguided (politically), IMO.

Its the same when you are talking about everything if free free free free. Its beyond ludicrous and should be quickly dismissed. Sadly, there is always a new generation that thinks that their people will do it the right way and it always fails, always. Its an excellent example into the psyche of depravity and ignorance.

I think you have a fairly good point there. If not 100%, it certainly is headed in that direction. Hillary overloaded TV stations with ads (mostly lies), that much less people were ever seeing than what she thought.
