Take 1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef/chuck and fry in pan. Add a bit of small onion and after the meat has browned and cooked thoroughly, take 1 tablespoon of flour and stir in with meat mixture. In the meantime, boil water for 1 large bag of egg noodles, any kind you desire- the curlies, the flat noodles, whichever noodle pasta you like best. Then in your pan with the cooked beef, add--1 can cream of tomato soup, 1 cup of sour cream and 1 jar of mushrooms. Simmer this over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often. After noodles have completely cooked, drain and place noodles on plate, and pour sauce over top. Very good and makes you full, very fast, you can't eat much!
