Under your skin.
A BBC investigation into the illegal importation of "Zam Zam" water being sold in London's Islamic community has revealed that it contains dangerous levels of cancer inducing arsenic. The source of the water has been proven to be from Mecca. Saudi Arabia has declined to comment, with many Muslim spokesmen claiming that it's a "sensitive matter". Which is pretty ironic, given that a people who are forbidden to drink alcohol are, to all intents and purposes, literally drinking themselves into an early grave.

Let them kill themselves, they are a backward religion that needs to be brought into modern times. They want to commit suicide why should we stop them?

Because they would require medical care... and their medical care will be provided from their National Health Service. Why should the rest of the country pay for their stupidity?
