    Not so much a conspiracy, rather a tangible development. But I thought I'd chuck a bit of red meat into the Conspiracy forum. They can be made operational within two minutes, but the report doesn't mention the device's operational ceiling. It does, however, allude to the drone's non-military potential.

    If a "Foldable Drone" actually exists then why is this in the Conspiract Theory section?
