My eldest daughter wanted me to check out Battlebots and I love it. It's my new favorite show on TV.
It is a tournament in which teams build remote controlled robots and they are put into an arena like gladiators to destroy each other.
This looks fun and I've got plenty of mechanical skill, time and money to waste experimenting with and developing wanton robotic carnage. Especially if my daughter who is an engineer for a major auto company teams up with me. So if you see a new team kicking ass on an upcoming season of battlebots it just might be someone you know from USMB.
