Barak Hussein doesn't get it. He claimed government is "us". His government is not "us". He has made it clear with his socialist health care system that he doesn't care what the will of the people is.

And once again he demonizes dissenters from his what he considers god like policies.

Americans have a right and a duty to dissent when some narcissitic douche bag but their country in jeopardy.

Well, I'm sure it's anti-Obama for some in this country but not the majority. And Obama is wrong when he says this:

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – President Barack Obama took aim Saturday at the angry rhetoric of those who denigrate government as "inherently bad" and said their off-base line of attack ignores the fact that in a democracy, "government is us."

People ARE NOT saying government is inherently bad and are therefore 'anti-government', people are screaming at the top of their lungs to stop BIG government. Big fat difference between being 'anti-government' and 'anti-BIG-government'. Leave it Barry to blur that line.

Obama used his commencement speech at the University of Michigan to respond to foes who portray government as oppressive and tyrannical — and to warn that overheated language can signal extremists that "perhaps violence is ... justifiable."

And he was talking about those protesting against the new AZ illegal immigration law . . . . .riiighttt??? :rolleyes:

He learned that he would get no help in stopping Health Care "death panels" and protecting the American people from Wall Street and companies who value a couple dollars over "worker safety". Anyone like a glass of "Waterloo"? How about a little oil?

So far, it's a toss up, who is more dangerous, al Qaeda or the deranged White Wing?

Obama has learned that he needs to press forward with a "pro American" agenda, and for Gawd's sakes, quit looking for bipartionship from people who "pray" for his death. The very same people who left this country in such terrible shape.

Government is the good guy bad guy meme in America. Obama represents government so his comment sticks. It seems Americans have always had a love hate relationship, government often stands apart from individual rights and thus becomes too easy a target for any frustration concerning the state of the nation.
