I saw that in the video and thought, well, if they think he is rude for that then I must be rude too.

Why shouldn't he be comfortable?

I did find the thought that he always walks in front of people to be arrogant. People that do that are arrogant. Now, I don't know for a fact that he does, and many of the pictures they showed could have been either circumstances or ones such as the one with the military person following him could have been that person defering to his office. I think I will have to pay more attention to whether he walks with or in front of everyone in the future.
