Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer are coughing up a bit of cash for marriage equality.


According to the Associated Press, Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft, and Ballmer, the company's CEO, have each written $100,000 checks to Washington United for Marriage, a same-sex marriage advocacy group based in Seattle.

Washington - The Human Rights Campaign - the nation’s largest (LGBT) lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization, is proud to once again partner with Levi Strauss & Co. in the fight for marriage equality with an exclusive t-shirt collaboration.

Levi Strauss & Co. last partnered with HRC during the New Yorkers for Marriage Equality Campaign, in which the San Francisco-based denim company created displays for its flagship New York stores. As part of Levi's unwavering dedication and support for marriage equality from coast-to-coast, the company will release a new, custom-designed T-shirt featuring the image from the original window design sketch of just-married cowboy and cowgirl couples on the front and the message, "Levi's Proudly Supports HRC" on the back.
