I have been to your country as a member of the US armed forces. I very much enjoyed my time there. I loved haggling with the shopkeepers.

I also visited a warehouse where there were thousands of rugs. One rug on the wall caught my eye immediately. It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

They wanted $11,000 for it. I decided to pass on it, but I regret not making that purchase to this day. It would easily be worth five times that much here in the US.

I did buy some fine jewels in a souq, though, which I still have.
