GAZA, (PIC)-- Dr. Ahmed Bahar, the first deputy speaker of the Palestinian legislative council (PLC), has urged Mahmoud Abbas, the PA chief whose term in office expired last year, to end the embargo on the work of the PLC in the West Bank.

Bahar, in a statement on Sunday, said that the PLC was ready to perform its duty according to the constitution.

Commenting on Abbas's statement that he was not planning to appoint a deputy for him because of the "absence" of the PLC, the deputy speaker said that the PLC was ready to deal with any effort to serve national goals and interests away from partisan sensitivities.

Bahar said that the PLC was working normally in accordance with legal and constitutional rules in the Gaza Strip while it was being blocked for political and partisan reasons in the West Bank.

A typical day in Gaza, Hamas terrorizing a wedding, killing the bride and beating the groom, merely for playing music...

Allah Fuckbar!

Allah Fuckbar!

And Cynthia McKinney was arrested by Israel for merely taking crayons to children.

Not quite on a par with Hamas stormtroopers shooting up a wedding, murdering the bride and beating the groom because of music playing, fool...

When Abbas left the government in 2007 he locked the PLC (parliament) in the West Bank. The legislature is a separate and independent branch of government. He has no authority to do that.

The PLC in Gaza is still operating even with its four members of Fatah and others not in Hamas. Everyone elected still holds their seats.

hmmm.... smells like **** in here!

Highly educated, successful, prosperous Jew, stoner. Unlike you, an angry, failed psycho loser. You will eventually commit suicide.

Mark Twain on Jewish accomplishments...
If the statistics are right, the Jews constitute but one percent of the human race. It suggests a nebulous dim puff of star dust lost in the blaze of the Milky Way. Properly the Jew ought hardly to be heard of, but he is heard of, has always been heard of. He is as prominent on the planet as any other people, and his commercial importance is extravagantly out of proportion to the smallness of his bulk. His contributions to the world's list of great names in literature, science, art, music, finance, medicine, and abstruse learning are also away out of proportion to the weakness of his numbers. He has made a marvellous fight in the world, in all the ages; and has done it with his hands tied behind him. He could be vain of himself, and be excused for it. The Egyptian, the Babylonian, and the Persian rose, filled the planet with sound and splendor, then faded to dream-stuff and passed away; the Greek and the Roman followed, and made a vast noise, and they are gone; other peoples have sprung up and held their torch high for a time, but it burned out, and they sit in twilight now, or have vanished. The Jew saw them all, beat them all, and is now what he always was, exhibiting no decadence, no infirmities of age, no weakening of his parts, no slowing of his energies, no dulling of his alert and aggressive mind. All things are mortal but the Jew; all other forces pass, but he remains. What is the secret of his immortality?

Abbas is no longer the president of Palestine. He is a military dictator. After his failed coup against the elected government in 2007, Abbas left the government. He dismissed his prime minister and cabinet that he had the authority to do, however, the constitution states that the dismissed members keep their positions until new appointees are approved by the PLC. (parliament) Abbas has never submitted his new PM, Fayyed, or any of his new cabinet to the PLC for approval. It is illegal for any of them to take office without this constitutional requirement.

Abbas is not the president and Fayyed is not the prime minister.

RAMALLAH, (PIC)-- Mahmoud Al-Ramahi, the secretary-general of the Palestinian legislative council (PLC), said that the Palestinian-Israeli conflict would never end through more frivolous negotiations, but through more patience and resistance.

In a press statement to Palestine network for dialog published on Sunday, Dr. Ramahi expressed his belief that many things started to change in favor of the resistance option and the Zionist project and all forces of suppression are in retreat.

He noted that Fatah faction and its authority are deliberately persistent in disabling the work of the PLC for fear that the lawmakers would topple the unconstitutional government of Salam Fayyad and revoke all edicts that had been issued illegally by Mahmoud Abbas in the absence of the council.

Ramahi: Negotiations will not end the conflict

Abbas is no longer the president of Palestine.

There is no state of Palestine, genius.

Israel encompasses most of the territory of Palestine, however, Palestine is not a state.

Abbas controls a part of the West Bank that is not a sovereign state.

Now, you know, genius.

Eminent historian Bernard Lewis...
The Palestine entity, formally established and defined by Britain, was formally abolished in 1948 with the termination of the Mandate.

Abolished into what? It didn't just disappear.
