Have school in Houston-area that spelled School Shcool. People and media have been critisizing for almost a month now, but school has not reacted. Why? Because it was goal of said school to get publicity.

Besides, at least the Obama supporters know and remember of a word called forward. Can same be said of Rick Perry or George W. Bush (both of whom though in places of authority had neither understanding or memory capability)?

No. It's multiple fails on multiple levels.

Someone designed that shirt.
Maybe another person silk screened it.
Yet another person did quality control on it.
The person who bought it looked at it.
The same person then wore it to a Biden speech.
The Biden people CHOSE them to stand behind the Veep.

No one noticed.
OR
They noticed andeither didn't care or were too scared to say anything!
