Obama isn't answering questions except by prearrangement; he's refusing to talk about political issues at all except for swipes at Republicans, particularly Constitutional questions, and he has been granting feel-good interviews only in which he and his wife are interviewed by doting sycophants who proffer leftist candidates to the American public and drub conservatives to death.
No one is asking why Obama has borrowed 5 trillion dollars more in less than 4 years, passed zero budgets in 4 years, and answered for absolutely nothing.
