Rights and the way to fight for them

Im writing this because with the recent actions of the militant TBGL crowd I have realized how easy it is now to change laws that violate your fundamental rights.

1st Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

2nd Amendment - A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

3rd Amendment - No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law

4th amendment - The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Etc Etc.

Recently in California someone used a similar tactic to take down the Conceal Carry law and barring appeal it appears like it might stick. When it does the next easy argument is to eliminate the banned guns since the 2nd amendment doesn't define arms as being a particular type of gun. I already conceal and carry without a permit because I believe if I was ever cited I would win in court.

The only Civil right that will be tough to win is Religion which is being diminished by the courts in recent cases.

Rights have been argued in the courts for a long time but a few like the CC law in Ca have been in place for a while with noone challenging it until recently. I can see an influx of cases like this down the line once a few states set precedence. When they do CC will be legal in all states.
