AZ Sec Of State Wont Let Obama On Ballot Unless Hawaii Shows More Birth Records

OK, last time.

Arizona can say whatever they want, but making a law that invalidates the citizenship of residents of another state, when that state has verified said person's citizenship, is ILLEGAL.

Article IV, section 1 of the Constitution specifically states the following:

Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.

Both the State of Hawaii, and the US Congress, have already stated that the documents presented are sufficient to prove Obama's natural born citizenship.

Therefore, if the Arizona legislature attempts to overrule the state of Hawaii in this matter, and attempt to illegally invalidate the records and judgement of the state of Hawaii, they should be arrested.

The AZ court already dismissed this nonsense. The thread is a moot point.

Arizona Republicans clearly want to lose control of the governorship and the state legislature.

Obama vs. Romney: Arizona In Play, New Hampshire May Not Be

Polls from two key states...

We have some new numbers from two key states that are currently being viewed as possible swing states.

* Arizona (Arizona State Poll): Romney 42%, Obama 40%
* New Hampshire (WMUR Poll): Obama 51%, Romney 42%

The presumption has been that Romney, being a North Eastern Republican, would be able to get New Hampshire back in place after Obama won it easily in 2008. Remains to be seen if he will be able to get it closer. Arizona wasn't that close in 2008 due to it being McCain's home state, and it has traditionally been a solid red state, but with demographic changes and the growing Hispanic population in the state, it looks to be in play this year. How much the Obama campaign allocates in resources to the state will say a lot about what their internal polls say.
