Proposition 106 - Health Care Services
What it would do: Would amend the state Constitution to prohibit any law that requires any person, employer or health care provider to participate in a health-care system.
Proposition 107 - Preferential Treatment or Discrimination Prohibition
What it would do: Would amend the state Constitution to prohibit preferential treatment in public contracts, public employment and public education on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin.
Proposition 108 - Right to Vote a Secret Ballot
What it would do: Would amend the state Constitution to ensure the use of secret ballots in all elections for public office and employment representation. A superior court judge removed this proposition from the ballot because its two provisions were not substantially related, but that decision is being appealed to the state Supreme Court.
Proposition 109 - Hunting and Fishing
What it would do: Would amend the state Constitution to give Arizona citizens a right to lawfully hunt, fish and harvest wildlife. The proposition would also give the Legislature exclusive authority to enact laws to regulate these activities and forbid laws that would unreasonably restrict these activities.
