Why is this rule not enforced. Some of these avatars are HUGE and almost ruin the ability to read the board without scrolling for days.

All Avatars are the same size. If you're talking about sig lines I still disagree. If they're that much of an issue, put the offender on ignore.

It's not the problem that it USED to be. Sig sizes are related to your level of membership.. You need to remember that it used as an incentive to support USMB. Moderation used to go nuts over sigline inflation wars. Now a couple may be problems on any given day. So --- let's not start an arms race -- because it's STILL enforced.
