Hardly PRISON Westy but BIG POLITICAL GAMBLE,the Government sorry GOVERNMENT PARLIMENTARIANS don't make any money out of this,we have a different system here...NO POLITICIAN CAN HAVE ANY BUSINESS INTRESTS,if they did have before being elected,they must DIVEST THEMSELVES OF ANY BUSINESS INTEREST BEFORE ENTERING PARLIMENT.

I don't think it was a decision based on venal motives or personal gain, Australia is one of least politically corrupt countries in the world.

It's based on political decisions - Australia wants to be acknowledged as a world leader but I think this will be one step too far ahead of the people.
