Austria comes in at #25

Canada comes in at #27

And the US nearly breaks into the top 30 by ranking #31 , a full 20% worse than the top performers.

On my trips to the US I have always found the sanitation to be first class, certainly as good as Italy and Greece who are ranked higher here.
