ATTN: Republicans - blueprint for success in November

Two key points-

1) Blame obama for the oil spill. Since the liberals blamed Bush for the woefully inadequate response to Katrina, obviously this must be Obama's fault.

2) Rally around the oil companies. They will be victimized in the next several months by greedy trial lawyers and fisherman, they need you support. Make sure to let your constituents know how awesome oil is and how much you love it.

The Republicans don't need to do any of those things...you Democrats have already hung yourselves. All the Rep's have to do is watch you continuously shoot yourselves in the foot and then say "see? We told you so..."

Believe me, the American people understand that Obama was extending a hand to Republicans who ran on a, excuse the word, "platform" of "Drill Baby, Drill". Just like with healthcare reform, Republicans screamed and whined so wildly, Americans "believed" the lies - at least partially.

As the last two elections proved, more and more, Americans are refusing to be taken in by this odious political party.

Anyone who really wants to understand the problem, look up "Voluntary Compliance" and the deregulation of OSHA and the EPA during Bush's first term.

So Republicans are saying, "Obama isn't dealing with these problems fast enough".

Take a look at the "problems".

Iraq
Afghanistan
Health Care
the Economy
Immigration
Energy
Education

The funny part, what's listed are issues either caused or ignored by Republicans. I couldn't get a Republican to name a single success in 8 years of Bush/Republican administration.

If Republicans cared so much, why don't they get their "energy expert" Sarah Palin to help? Miss "Drill baby Drill" herself.

Just kidding. I know the only thing the current Republican party is good at, is trying to bring down the President.

Obama and the Dems are digging deeper and deeper all the time.

Oil rig blows up, maybe it's a terrorist attack, who knows? It takes Obama 8 days of bashing AZ, looking in everybody's pockets, shooting hoops and just being a jerk off in general before he can be bothered focusing on a possible terrorist attack and the greatest ecological disaster in American history

What a fucking LIAR you are deaney-boy. Care to guess where the Lie(S) are?

he couldn't be bothered by doing his fucking JOB.

Republican Blueprint

1. Tell people you will cut taxes
2. Tell people the Democrats are going to take their guns
3. Tell people you will end abortion
4. Tell people you will stop gay marriage
5. Did I do the taxes one already? Well tell them again
6. Tell people about Death Panels
7. Tell them that Democrats are soft on Terrorism
8. Tell them you will pass an anti-flag burning amendment
9. Mention 9-11 often
10. Taxes? Did I mention taxes?

You don't have to actually do anything.....just tell them

You're forgetting the K.I.S.S rule. The Republicans need to adopt the TEA Party approach and only make 2 comments:

1. Are you better off now than you were 4 years ago?

2. Have you had enough?

A recovering economy is one where the national debt isn't skyrocketing

So the depression economy didn't recover with WW II?

Quite awhile after. FDR's policies prolonged it. And had it NOT been for Hitler and what he was doing ? [Starting a World War]...it would have been far worse. And we'd be largely closer to Socialism than we are now.

Funny how fate tends to detract the natural course of some, isn't it?

Not that I'm hard-core GOP, but just to correct a few of your statements:
1. The GOP had the WH a lot more years recently (20-GOP to 12) than the dems. Obama is proving why. Look for it to be 24 - 12 after 2012.

2. OSHA/EPA isn't the problem. Clinton's "Community Reinvestment Act" whereby unqualified borrowers' defaulting on mortgages almost collapsed the US financial system. Add-in Obama and Dodd protecting the Fannie/Freddie scam and you have Obama dealing with the mess he and the dems created.

3. Take another look at the problems:
Iraq-Afghanistan [were problems that Clinton ignored, at least Bush got rid of Saddam]
Health Care [the GOP will fix it in 2012, the dems don't get the doctor thing]
the Economy [I don't see any new job creating policies, unemployment will stay high]
Immigration [deport illegals, they are breaking the law and the border states are a mess]
Energy ["energy costs necessarily need to skyrocket" (a direct quote)]
Education [we need smarter people to make kids instead of working 3-jobs to pay taxes]

4. Iraq was a major success. I like the world w/o Saddam and his larvae.

5. I almost hope Palin wins the nomination in 2012 just to rub the dems' noses in it when she wins.

You scare me. If Iraq was a "major success", then what constitutes a failure?

Nearly a million Christians either wiped out or forced to flee.
Women forced to wear black ninja outfits and live under Sharia law.
Suspected gays murdered (course, Republicans probably like that)
Marches made up of hundreds of thousands calling us "occupiers" and the "Devil"
A guy throwing his shoe at our president becoming a "national hero"

If Iraq is such a success, then why no "America Appreciation Day"?

Their Constitution makes "Islam" the national religion and says all legislation is based on Islam. That means they are NOT a democracy, but a "theocracy", much like Iran, their close friend. Do you see them marching against Iran????

And that's just one of the things you wrote.

The right is truly delusional. Seriously fucked up. Their reality is not, well, "real".

Are your "Iraq fantasies" a way of dealing with the fact that Republicans caused thousands of Americans to die and tens of thousands to be crippled for life? Are they a way of not dealing with that terrible tragedy?

1. A failure is letting a brutal dictator like Saddam to exist. He had the 4th largest army and massive oil reserves. He attacked Iran, and then Kuwait. He murdered at least 300,000 Iraqis. Not only murdered, he boiled them in oil, cut off limbs, gassed the Kurds, painted with acid, hung from meat hooks, threw off roofs, and many other sick brutal "tortures".
If there are any "fantasies" its your delusional concept that Iraq was better under a vicious dictator like Saddam than as a struggling democracy. The left is seriously fucked-up, try a dose of "real-world reality".

2. oh, you didn't try to whine about anything else. Please don't try to re-write history.

A better plan.

Show clips of the violence and hate speech from the left.

Nothing else.

Just show it....over and over and over and over.....Should work.

That and ask them if they are comfortable with the Democrats using the brown man to pick their fruit for them.

You don't set the bar very high do you? Obama will run on this in 2012 and bury the GOP.

Had enough? Enough of what? Voting NO?????

Before Obama and the Dems took control: Gas was under $2/ a gallon, unemployment was 5% and the deficit was starting to shrink.

Now gas is $3/gallon, real unemployment is over 15% and Obama gets up in the morning jonesing to spend mo' n mo' money like he was a meth addict.

Same question....

What have the Democrats done to help the country respond to the worst Recession in 70 years? What have the Republicans done?

Where are we now vs where we were a year ago?
