Arm you miss the point. Atheism, so to speak, gives the hedonist permission to do as he pleases.

Hedonist do what they please, regardless!! Atheism only brings about more questions about reality--only if the person is inquisitive and not mindlessly repeating rhetoric.

You speak for about one percent of the atheists I've know and I've known quite a few. In most cases in my experience a tendency toward hedonism generally proceeds the adoption of atheism as a religious view point.
