The left leaning media as usual is under reporting the rumor that the ATF head might be "reassigned" while the ATF is investigated for shipping illegal weapons to Mexico in one of the stupidist plans in the history of law enforcement. In political-speak it's possible that the boss of the ATF might actually be promoted to get him out of the way in the attempt to defuse the investigation. Here's a thought, how about indicting him as an accessory to murder of the Border Patrol officer who was killed with one of the weapons in question and the dozen of innocent Mexicans who were also killed by the illegal weapons supplied by the ATF??
