I've dealt with good cops, and I've dealt with bad cops. The former at a much higher rate than the latter.

Indeed. So poverty is the motivating factor. Question. How do you explain corruption in stock brokers, business executives, and other members of the rich and shameless class? How many wildly successful actors and musicians have been busted for drugs etc.?

If poverty is the determining factor, does that mean you are an advocate of universal basic income? If everyone had “enough” money, and I have no idea what that is, does it mean crime would be eradicated?
