He's trying. Republicans have filibustered more during the last two years than both parties from 1920 to 1980 "put together".

And what have Republicans done since taking over the house? Redefined rape? What else? Cut science and education. What else?

That's part of your "shell game". For Republicans, it's always the other guy. Look at 8 years under Bush and Republicans take no responsibility for anything that happened during those 8 years. Republicans got their trillions in tax breaks. Our economy should be booming. Instead, Republicans created the boom in China.
