THIS is why we need to separate. The "diversity" experiment is a failure. Negroes don't want "equality". They don't want to assimilate....they want to displace white people.
Fine..let them have a couple of states to form their new africa. It can be entirely "black" run and governed. No white people to interfere.

obama knows this, too...Every time he/they talk about raising taxes he knows very well who the majority of taxpayers are and who it will affect the most.

The new card is an EBT card, stands for Electronics Benefits Transfer. So if you collect SNAP and TEA for instance, both are paid to the same account and certainly you can use that card anywhere where VISA or MasterCard are accepted.

How could an unsrupulous tattoo shop get paid for tattoos with SNAP benefits you say? Easy. Stock a few groceries, get approved to accept SNAP then when someone gets a tattoo, simply bill them for $X groceries, bil it to their EBT card and go about your business.

But yes, cash benefits are paid to the SAME EBT card as SNAP so no one gets arrested for using that card at places that aren't grocery stores, witness all the stories out west about cards being used at strip clubs and the like for proof of that.
