I call it a big issue when it goes to a foundation principle. In that sense the case of Elane Photography is the biggest of big issues:

The issue is whether or not the government, i.e., Socialists, can order the way you must behave? The same issue is at play in HillaryCare II. Can Socialists order you to purchase anything? When framed in those words you can clearly see the evil intent behind John Roberts calling the “forced purchase of healthcare insurance” a tax.

Assuming the High Court will hear the case the court's political agenda does not bode well for Elane Photography since the same court that ruled the ACA is constitutional will also rule on the individual’s Right to decide what kind of work he or she will do.

Liberals wield artistic freedom like a club the same way Communist teachers wield academic freedom every time they want to take a liberty away from everybody else; so this final excerpt must have Socialist judges squirming like worms being fitted for the hook on a fishing pole:
