Arlington Cem. Wrong bodies in wrong graves

It appears that they have been burying the wrong remains in the wrong graves in Arlington cemetery. how can you mix up bodies?

This amazes me

If anyone saw the movies "Taking Chance" on HBO it shows the care and respect given to soldiers who are killed in action. The body is escorted by an officer through the whole process and proper honors are given at each stop.

For our nations premier military cemetary to be so callous about who is buried where is inexcusable
