Are you smarter than Bush?

Really? His father was President of the United States when he went to college and learned to fly jets? Because I could have SWORN his father didn't become President until a long time after that.

I'm SOOO glad that a certified genius like you came along to clear up that little time line problem for me. And by the way, Brain Trust, maybe you could learn to read a freaking calendar before having the inutterable gall to call someone ELSE dumb.

You are one sour old bitch.

It's alot easier when your father is President of the United States.

Dumb does graduate from Harvard at times. There's a difference between street smarts, book smarts (which he had neither), and common sense. (He doesn't have that either).

Every business he ever owned, failed.

Anyone can learn to fly an airplane with enough practice to just not crash into the ocean or ground.

Herbert Hoover was the only U.S President with any real business experience, he resided over the last great depression.

Dubya is the only U.S President to hold a MBA while in office. He resides over the current great depression.

(Need anymore proof that businessmen should not be President?)

Dumb does get you POTUS when you have a smear machine, lies, a brother who is the governor of Florida, when your campaign manager is the head of vote counting in Florida, among many other things.

Nuff Said Willow.

easier when your father is President? so you're against Caroline getting the Senate seat, then?

I've never thought Bush was stupid in terms of his IQ. I think he's stupid insomuch as he doesn't take other opinions and other options into consideration.

I doubt his mom ever let him take an IQ test.

He's dumb like a dog is dumb...smart enough to know how to be taken care of.
...You really say a mouthful together. ;)

Dumb also apparently learns how to access the Internet and make a total fool of himself on message boards.

There's a difference between graduating an Ivy League college and becoming President, and merely bragging on the Internet about how you're much smarter than someone who graduated an Ivy League college and became President. Think about it.

Every post you've ever made sounded moronic.

Really? So tell us, Chuck Yeager, when YOU got YOUR pilot's license. Yeah, that's what I thought.

"Resides"? He "resides" over "the current great depression"? Not only wouldn't you know a depression if one crawled up your pants leg and bit you on the left ass cheek, you ALSO don't know the difference between "resides" and "presides". But you somehow feel qualified to call OTHER people dumb.

I don't need any more proof that morons shouldn't have Internet access.

Dumb does get you ignorant conspiracy theories that spew out of your mouth for eight years, regardless of mountains of evidence that you sound almost as stupid as you actually are for spouting them.

NOW there's enough said, so please, stop talking.

Hmm, a bunch of character attacks and taking words out of context.

1.) I refer to the fact it is easier to become president when your father has been president. Never mind the amount of influence that Bush 41 wielded. But hey, feel free to take my words out of context.

2.) Bush was at best a C- student. You act like he was at the top of his class.

3.) Great job at attacking me instead of addressing the fact every business he ever ran failed miserably.

4.) It's not that hard if you have the time to commit and money for lessons if you're not enlisted. The terrorists on 9/11 for example went to flight school here in the U.S.

5.) So I put a R over a P. You want to play grammar nazi, be my guest. Doesn't change the fact and yes we are currently in a depression if you follow the business definition of a depression.

6.) It's not conspiracy theories. Bush had smear attacks done against Kerry in 04, he lied about several things as well. Jeb Bush, governor of Florida during the 2000 election.

Bush was a failure as a businessman and a president. Those are the facts.

I agree Bush is a failure as President. C's at Harvard were like A's everywhere else. (before this ridiculous grade inflation)

Not sure about that. I'm not calling Bush completely stupid, but the man has no common sense. He has even admitted himself that he wasn't that great of a student. He wouldn't of gotten into Harvard without his father.

The dunce - Salon.com

In 1973, as the oil and energy crisis raged, Tsurumi led a discussion on whether government should assist retirees and other people on fixed incomes with heating costs. Bush, he recalled, "made this ridiculous statement and when I asked him to explain, he said, 'The government doesn't have to help poor people -- because they are lazy.' I said, 'Well, could you explain that assumption?' Not only could he not explain it, he started backtracking on it, saying, 'No, I didn't say that.'"

Bush once sneered at Tsurumi for showing the film "The Grapes of Wrath," based on John Steinbeck's novel of the Depression. "We were in a discussion of the New Deal, and he called Franklin Roosevelt's policies 'socialism.' He denounced labor unions, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Medicare, Social Security, you name it. He denounced the civil rights movement as socialism. To him, socialism and communism were the same thing. And when challenged to explain his prejudice, he could not defend his argument, either ideologically, polemically or academically."

And this is the man some of you actually defend as a good president.

hey, could you find a site with a little MORE ABDS than Salon.com?

You believe the professor would lie?

you actually have to ASK that?

I know the IQ statement is bogus I'm just trying to make a point. That point being that bush was not particularly bright and he still got eight years in office.

Where did you go to college? What was your GPA? He's an Ivy League grad with an advanced degree. Even if he was a legacy admit, he got through it (drop out rate is over 70% at those schools). He's NOT stupid, in fact he is probably a good bit brighter than that dimwit, LBJ or Reagan.

But he has no ability or talent at all in public speaking. I have no idea how a man can get so far in politics and not possess that skill, but he did.

I think Bush has a problem other than intelligence. I can't figure out what it is.
