A christian does not believe in other paths to god besides jesus. This kind of "claim of exclusivity" is considered "wrong" in many of these "go along to get along" clubs.

There are movements to create a man made unity of all peoples of the earth under a world religion where all faiths will come together under a "universal Christ", this is a false unity. There is however a true unity within the body of Christ, this body consists of true followers of Christ.

Check out 1st Corinthians chapter 12.
