We saw what happens when the wrong person has the lives of many placed in his hands this week. A German pilot with a history filled with fits of extreme clinical depression passively flew his aircraft into a mountain blowing everyone to bits.

At first everything seemed normal. Slowly, it began to dawn on everyone that something was amiss. Nobody expected it. The very safeguards that were put in place to prevent attack from the outside failed when the attack was from within. Now, it was too late. The pilot who dropped his guard was pounding on the door, and the pounding only became more frantic as their fate became inevitable. Not so in the cockpit. The Co-pilot was never more calm than now. Finally his goal was in sight and almost accomplished and nobody could stop him.
