All of the afore mentioned points seem to point to a planned effort to break the normal rules of governance to pave the way to declare a national state of emergency and institute martial law.

First time I ever herd that. Thank you. It would have been 15 years, but the wife sed she would leave me if I signed up for four more years. We need to relax and observe.
