They refuse to admit, I don't want to say they are too ignorant, that the terrorists that have been given trials have been caught on American soil, often with an FBI sting. The evidence was taped, collected from computers, they were given their rights, they were not caught on the battlefield and they did not have the connections that prevented other attacks. They were arrested for conspiracies or attempted attacks.

Then after thinking about those briefings, he'll let us know when he might have a decision.

Facts are that the US Congress passed the Military Commissions act of 2006 for a reason, And that was to satisfy the Supreme court so we could go ahead and prosecute these animals in a Military tribunal. Mr Obama figures he could gain some points by stopping that. Someone needs to tell him its not a fucking game.

That is more bullshit than a little bit. The USA Never sold or supplied WMD to Iraq. There were some strains of things like anthrax sold to Iraqi universities just like to several dozen others around the world. Difference was that the others didn't try to make WMD from them.

And Saddam Admitted that he tried to make sure that people believed he still had WMD because he was afraid that Iran would attack if they thought he didn't have them.

Because someone (I don't know or remember who) questioned the Military Tribunals and the Supreme Court stepped in and told congress they needed to take some actions. So the Military commissions act of 2006 was born.

This was cleared by the Supreme court for the Military tribunals and they started them. Then about 10 months ago Mr Obama stopped them.
