Are Movie stars dead? A new article out says that movie stars are dead, but really it is the every other decade theory. 70's, 90's, and now 2010-2020. All of these decades are ones where the film industry has moved to era's of substance as opposed to the glitz and stylish glamour of the decades before or after them. Look for music to follow the patterns of detroit power rock, punk, grunge, post hardcore, and so forth. I for one am at peace more during these times, being sickened by the debauchery and ignorance of "movie stars." Ofcourse though the virtues lessen more and more over time anyway and any "changes" are simply a matter of perception and are eventually diluted down to fads (grunge being the best example of this.) So, are movie stars dead? No, they are simply hibernating in their coffins until they rise agin to feed on the living.

Not dead enough to try to impose their political opinions on us.
