I'd bet MOST people could use a fashion-make over. The only reason I need one, however is money. I can't afford the clothes I want, but I have fantastic tastes in clothes.

As far as surgical make-overs. Hell YES, I'd go through whatever I could afford. Most people could use at least a little touch-up; most people have something they'd like to change. The people in that link? Holy LORD those are FANTASTIC news stories...generally. Some don't look perfect even after - but I mean, across the board each one has substantial improvements. I'm HAPPY for them, if a little jealous.

You know, I never thought of that. Do you save a before picture so that if the child comes out looking like your before, you have proof you weren't messing around? And do you reveal the makeover to your intended before you marry...or ever? Is there a moral obligation here?
