Why is the law always cut and dry for everyone except those actually in power to WRITE IT?

Kerry holds NO OFFICIAL POSITION anymore to represent the USA in any capacity, therefore, his efforts to meet with and talk with Iran, Europe or anyone else in an effort to work AGAINST the interests of the Trump Administration is criminal.

Iran refuses to negotiate with Trump. Period. There is no foreign policy to undermine, there is just Trump trying to deflect from his impeachment by starting a war. That not policy, that's deperation.
