Clinton left a balanced budget. Bush created enormous deficits that continued on under Obama.

I posted the quotes many times before when the Republicans said that their goal was to stop Obama even if it hurt the country. So they didn’t want the deficit’s to go smaller because they were trying to hurt the country thinking it would hurt Obama.
