This third link below goes to the whole site from which these graphs were pulled. There are various other graphs showing various methods of charting the relative rise or fall of global temperature. Pretty much all of them show a cooling in recent years.

King CO2 is taking a beating from the other factors that always seem to overwhelm it. Warming Proponents may take heart, though. The Sun is thought to be entering a more active period for Sun Spots so, due to other factors, they may once again gain data to support their theory.

The results will be unrelated to the causes they will cite, but at least they will have additional data.

By the graph. Last April was much cooler. From 1998, except for 1999, all were warmer. From 1979 to 1997, almost all the Aprils were much cooler. So we have an April in 2008 that is as cool as many from 1979 to 1997. And in 2009, we have an April that is warmer than most on the graph, but still cooler than those from 1998 to 2007. But by that mighty one year "trend", the temperature of April has risen a great deal from 2008 to 2009.

Hoisted by your own graph.
