Apple removes Easter holiday from iCal

On a hill
... it was there before the last update...poof...now it is gone.
At the same time they added several obscure religious holidays celebrated primarily by extremely small number of minority populations.
Apple has so far yet to explain why it was removed.

I looked on my phone...yep...it is not there anymore.

Situations like this one is where those who appreciate the holiday come in. As long as they are still here, the holiday isn't going anywhere.

Which is perfectly fine of course.
When my kids were little it was the usual candy basket and egg hunting.
Still point being, why remove a holiday that the vast majority of your subscribers celebrate? however they celebrate it.
And then, at the same time, add to iCal a bunch of obscure religious holidays that less than 1% of the population observe.
