Obama has ordered the AG to cease defending the Defense of Marriage Act. Basically he is deciding for us, with out the input of the courts, that it is unconstitutional.
Obama is the top Law Enforcement official in the Nations. It is his Job to Enforce and defend all the laws of this land while they are law.
The president Is not allowed to Pick and Choose which Laws he wants upheld. If This were a Republican Telling his AG to cease Defending and Enforcing any other law. Liberals and the Media would be screaming for his Impeachment.
So now Obama is in contempt of Courts and Defying a court ruling on the Oil Moratorium, and has decided he can pick and choose what Laws he upholds.
These are the Actions of a Dictator, not the POTUS
Whether you support the Law or want to see it ruled unconstitutional matters not. If you respect our system and laws. You should demand the President do his job and stop attempting to take the law into his own hands.
